St. Luke & St. Simon Cyrene's "Saints & Seasons Series" continues this
Saturday, April 23, at 5pm, with an Evensong for the Easter Season.  April
23 is St. George's Day, and, George being the patron saint of England, we
will be celebrating our heritage as Anglican Christians.  The Rev. Michael
Hopkins will preach.  Prior to the service (beginning at 2pm in our parish
hall), there will be a forum on the current conflict over human sexuality,
biblical interpretation, and institutional authority.  We will discuss ways
our diocese might best help the Episcopal Church and the Anglican Communion
(and ourselves) move forward.  Folks from throughout the diocese are invited
to both the forum and the Evensong.
