The diocesan Committee for Gay and Lesbian Ministry will again march in the
Pride Parade in Rochester on Saturday, July 16. This year's parade will take
place on Highland Ave. near the Divinity School. Last year over twenty
individuals representing several parishes walked in the contingent and showed
the world that the Episcopal Church really is welcoming of all persons. We are
one of several contingents representing religious groups. Please consider
joining us this year and bring a banner from your parish. We will be completing
our work on our float in the morning and will gather for an outdoor Eucharist on
the parade route by 3:00 p.m. The parade commences at 4:00 p.m. and will be

aggressive evangelism, to show the inclusive nature of our Church. Please join
