Friends - Try to publicize this somehow. First Unitarian's Social Responsibility Council is arranging this on short notice (and at not the best time of the week) BUT IT DOES SOUND EXCITING TO US. It will also benefit our Social Justice Outreach Grants program which provides funds to Rochester-area nonprofits. AND this production is also endorsed by the American Civil Liberties Union, Judicial Process Commission and Americans United for Separation of Church and State.

Gary Anderson, from California, portrays Clarence Darrow in a one-man dramatic performance at First Unitarian Church, 220 Winton Road, Sunday, September 11 at 7pm. Tickets are $10 in advance; $12 at the door; Students $8; $25 Family Maximum.

Clarence Darrow fought against racism, social injustice, the death penalty, inequality and civil liberties violations 100 years ago, but these issues are just as relevant today. Don't miss it!
