If you are not already a member of Integrity, I invite you to join today.
For over 30 years, Integrity has been the leading grassroots voice for the
full inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender [LGBT] folk in the
Episcopal Church and their equal access to its rites.  Although much
progress has been made, there is still a long way to go.  The Diocese of
Rochester is blessed with an affirming bishop and many welcoming
congregations, but that is not the norm across the country.  In far too many
dioceses and parishes, discrimination is a daily reality for LGBT
Episcopalians.

General Convention 2006 is rapidly approaching. In the wake of the Windsor
Report and the House of Bishops' unilateral moratoria on episcopal elections
and same-sex blessing rites, General Convention will be under extraordinary
pressure to decide between equality for LGBT Episcopalians and the unity of
the Anglican Communion. Before and during General Convention, Integrity will
continue its local, national, and international work--helping our church to
hear what the Holy Spirit is saying.
